Built by families, for families.
The Spectrum Project started around a kitchen table in 2018, when three moms realized they were each fighting the same battles alone. Today we're a community of thousands, holding space for every family navigating autism.
Our mission
To build durable, welcoming communities that support families raising autistic children — through connection, education, and unapologetic celebration of neurodiversity.
Our vision
A world where no family walks the autism journey alone, and where every autistic child grows up known, valued, and understood.
Our values
Nothing about us, without us
Autistic voices lead our programming and shape our priorities.
Every family is different
There is no single 'right' way to parent an autistic child. We meet families where they are.
Belonging over inclusion
We don't invite people to fit in — we build spaces where they already belong.
Play is serious work
Joy, rest, and celebration are foundational to well-being, not extras.
